Canadian Bacon Loin Roast
Salt Cured Pork Loin marinaded in our Canadian Maple Seasoning and prepared for the oven.
We trim a loin of pork, removing excess fat and all bones. We then cure it for 10 days with a mix of salt and curing agents. This enhances the flavour and makes the loin just like bacon. Ideal to roast in a joint.
Our special marinade is added to the bacon loin and packaged ready to cook in the oven. The special vacuum that the product is under will force the flavour and moisture back into the loin.
Oven bake for 90mins 150C.
